It is with sadness that the Council acknowledge the death of Peter Crutcher. Peter was a Town Councillor for a number of years and Chairman to the Council (twice) from 1975 – 1978.

Ringwood’s 2022 Winter ‘Wanderland’ kicks off with the annual community event on Sunday 27th November. This free event takes place in the town centre and will be even bigger this year with activities in the Gateway, High Street, Market Place and Southampton Road. The build-up is even more exciting with the announcement that the roadworks to widen the A31 have ended early meaning the town is fully accessible once again.
Mobile networks are being improved in the area and there is a small chance that these upgrades may cause interference to TV services received through an aerial such as Freeview, BT, Talk Talk and YouView. If you are experiencing interference such as intermittent sound, blocky images or loss of TV signal, free support is available from Restore TV.
At a recent Town Council meeting, the Town Mayor presented certificates to recipients of grant aid; £1,000 was awarded to Citizens Advice New Forest towards the running costs of this vital service and £600 to Crowe Women’s Institute towards the cost of insulating their hall.
